Overview
Passages are short, the maestral afternoon sea breeze is reliable, and the marinas are well-equipped. This is Croatia's most popular charter route, and deservedly so.

Day by day
Day 1 — Split to Hvar (25nm). Leave Split by mid-morning. Day 2 — Hvar to Korčula (25nm). A leisurely sail along the southern Hvar coast. Day 3 — Day in Korčula. Wine tour of the Pelješac Peninsula. Day 4 — Korčula to Mljet (30nm). Sail into Mljet National Park. Day 5 — Mljet to Šipan (25nm). Quiet island, excellent fish restaurant. Day 6 — Šipan to Dubrovnik (15nm). Short morning sail. Day 7: Return the boat.

Key anchorages
Palmižana (Hvar), Luka Polače (Mljet), Šipanska Luka (Šipan). Arrive before midday in peak season.
